My love gift to you.

I love Valentine’s Day. So I decided to publish this brand new website today and send an invitation out to you. An invitation to explore neurodiversity and contemplative practices. To deepen connection and joy. You can read my story here and discover my offerings. I believe in love. And in hard work. And in creative responses to the challenges that face us all. Especially those of us invited into neurodiversity. And searching for the Sacred. I believe that we are all gifted. Sometimes we need support along the way to uncover our gifts—and those of the people we love—and offer them to each other and the world. That kind of support transformed my life. It transformed my family. So I’m offering it to you. Telling my stories. Passing along the abundance. Because somehow, love does win. Not always in the ways we recognize without paying close attention. Not always in big, splashy ways. But always, none the less. So welcome. To the FASCETS Neurobehavioral Model. To contemplative living. If you are impacted by learning differences, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Autism or other forms of neurodiversity. If you are searching for answers and resilience. If you long to see the Sacred already present in your life. If you ache for peace and strength and wisdom and abundance. Welcome. Sign up to stay connected and in the days to come you’ll receive a free introductory webinar to the Neurobehavioral Model (I’m a trained facilitator.) and a guided mindful eating meditation that will give you a tool to ground mindfulness, connection, and beauty into your days, however challenging they may be. I’ll visit your inbox every week or two with more stories of transformation. And you’ll be among the first to know when my forthcoming memoir drops! I’m looking forward to spending some time together. For now, Happy Valentine’s Day. Spread some love. Receive some love. May you be safe; may you be well; may you be happy; may you be at peace. All the best, Lynn
